How to Remove Yahoo Messenger Ads Banner

There are a bunch of programs for this operations, but i will mention just one: Yahoo! Messenger AD-Remover New 2 Patch.This is the one I use and I consider it very effective and with no side effects. It will patch the YahooMessenger.exe and edit some registry values. After patching, the flash ads on the main windows will be removed completely.

About Minilogue

Sebastian Mullaert and Marcus Henriksson emerged from opposing backgrounds. In his youth Sebastian played a range of classical instruments, he even worked as a violin teacher in his teens. At 18 he discovered contemporary music and joined a band. Marcus used to be a fan of Front 242 and Kraftwerk, he was ravished by the repetitive beats of techno when the music exploded in the nineties. He started to organize parties of his own and became a well known DJ in southern Sweden. When Sebastian and Marcus met at a party, there was an immediate connection. With Sebastian's formal knowledge and Marcus experience with club music the two fitted together like a lock and its matching key. As Son Kite and Trimatic they became very successful in the trance scene, playing enthusiastically received live sets all over the world. With Minilogue they leave the boundaries of that genre - and actually of any genre. After having risen to the A-List of electronic producers, they still reside in the tiny city of Malmö. As boys from the countryside they enjoy the easy and humble life of a small town. At the same time Malmö has always been very important for the underground dance music scene of Sweden. Since techno and house have exploded in this country, Stockholm tends to ride the hypes and trends, while Malmö is fighting for the deeper and more minimal side of the music. That is why Sebastian and Marcus still feel strongly and passionate about Malmö as their musical home.

Umbrela Verde este o campanie de responsabilizare fata de mediu. Ea a fost initiata de Tuborg Romania, in vara anului 2007, cu sprijinul Ministerului Mediului si al Fundatiei Mereu Aproape. 

Obiectivul campaniei este sa schimbe o mentalitate profund gresita a romanilor: “Gestul meu nu conteaza”. Sa-i convinga ca, impreuna, trebuie sa pastram Romania curata. 
1. In cadrul campaniei au loc periodic actiuni de voluntariat. Pana in prezent, acestea au fost actiuni de ecologizare sau actiuni de informare si responsabilizare.

2. Campania are si o componenta de educare prin mass-media. In septembrie 2007, Antena 1 a difuzat zilnic 4 minidocumentare care trageau un semnal de alarma asupra consecintelor pe care le au gesturile noastre asupra mediului. Vezi documentarele!

Leading techno artist Matthew Dear aka Audion is offering fans a chance to remix one of the biggest techno tracks of 2008, Audion’s ‘Billy Says Go’ on Spectral Sound.
The Audion ‘Billy Says Go’ remix contest has three phases:

1. September 9th - September 16, 2008 - Download phase - Download the remix parts, and get remixing.

2. September 16th - September 30, 2008 - Upload/Submission phase - Upload your remix to Beatportal at www.beatportal.com/remix. During this phase the entries can be listened to, but not voted for. The remix parts will still be available to download during this phase.

3. September 30th - October 14, 2008 - Voting phase - The public votes for their favorite remixes by ‘spinning’ them.

Istoria cocalarului începe din fragedă pruncie, de când pune timpanu pe manele. De când pune botu la weltanschauungu Guţă-Vali-Adi: bani, dujmani, lanţ la gât, haine de firmă, pileală, gagici, selecauri, celulare, pumnii mei minte nu are, jmekerie. Şi seminţe. De floare – chinchi, de dovleac – naşpa. Şi netu! Netu-i baza. Pe ştrand, Cocalaru agaţă cu „Ce face fetele? Să plimbă?”, pe net o dă prin mirc, o dă-n HI5: „Te Iubesc in stil Gabana K esti dulce ca bomboana TE Iubesc in stil Armani k sa moara toti dusmani Si atunci cand nam ce face Te Iubesc in stil Versace... De când o dezvirginează viaţa şi până când expiră, Piţipoanca visează acelaşi vis: să vină Făt-Frumos Cocalaru şi s-o răpească pe un merţan alb, s-o ducă-n palatu lui cu termopane şi s-o ţină în vârfu patului. Piţipoanca e atârnată de mobil, dependentă de chat, înnebunită să-şi plimbe fizicu pe Hi5. Pozează provocator, mereu cu buzele ţuguiate. Se dă versată. (Antonimul e „ştearsă”). Spune-i unei piţipoace că e ştearsă; mai bine o înjuri de mamă! Trage nădejdea s-o remarce vreunul şi s-o mute de pe net în pagina 5 sau la meteo.

9/11 survivors put off evacuation to shut down computers, study finds

More than 90% of survivors of the 9/11 terror attacks on the World Trade Centre in New York delayed evacuating the buildings in order to carry out tasks such as saving their work, shutting down computers, changing shoes and visiting the bathroom, according to research released today.

Interviews with 271 survivors who worked in the twin towers found that only 8.6% fled as soon as the alarm was raised. The vast majority (91.4%) stayed behind waiting for information or carrying out at least one additional task, including phoning their family and collecting belongings.

Zeci de copii din oraşul Buhuşi sunt traficaţi de reţelele de cerşetori. Contra unor sume care variază între 50 şi 100 de lei, părinţii lor sunt dispuşi să-i închirieze cu ziua, pentru a fi puşi să cerşească în Bacău şi Piatra-Neamţ pe străzi sau la porţile bisericilor.

„Sunt copii buni, ştiu să cerşească“

În faţa aşa-zisului bloc Nato ne-a ieşit în cale un bărbat de aproximativ 40 de ani. I-am zis ce vrem, ne-a zis că el e Tartacot, apoi ne-a prezentat oferta: „Am 11 copii, dar pot face rost de 15. Cel mai mare are 12 ani, dar e mărunţel. Pare cam de 10“, ne-a spus bărbatul, apoi a început să-şi laude „marfa“. „Sunt copii buni, ştiu să cerşească. Toţi au paşapoarte. Pot fi şi scoşi afară. Unul dintre ei a fost la cerşit multă vreme în Florenţa“, a adăugat el, mândru.

Christopher Lawrence named America’s Best DJ

Trance DJ Christopher Lawrence was named the 2008 winner of the America’s Best DJ contest on Tuesday, September 2, during a ceremony at Rouge at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Lawrence was presented with a gold medal and a gold-plated Pioneer DJM-800 mixer – the only one in existence.

Turntablist legend DJ Qbert took the silver, and DJ/rock star DJ Skribble took the bronze.

After the presentation of the awards by dance recording artist Kristine W, the three medalists – and No. 5 finisher DJ Scotty Boy – played special sets for an enthusiastic Rouge crowd.

The ceremony was the culmination of a four-month contest and tour, presented by Pioneer Pro DJ and DJ Times magazine. Since June, the top 100 DJs in America – as selected by the editors of DJ Times – have solicited their fans to vote for them, both online at www.americasbestdj.net, and at 40 official ABDJ events at nightclubs and festivals nationwide. By the time the polls closed on August 16, over 35,000 had voted.

Lawrence is a DJ and producer specializing in progressive trance music, who has played for crowds of over 100,000 at festivals worldwide. His dedicated fans voted him into fourth place in U.K. magazine “DJ’s” 2006 Top 100 international poll; and he was named Best DJ at the Dancestar US Awards, and Best American DJ at the International Dance Music Awards in 2005.

DJ Qbert (Richard Quitevis) is a multiple Disco Mix Club World (DMC) world champion and a member of the DJ Hall of Fame. DJ Skribble (Scott Ialacci) is best known for his MTV appearances on The Grind and Total Request Live, and has toured with rock guitarist Dave Navarro.

Bernstein nu se află la primul album electronic dedicat României, “Constanţa” fiind un material realizat în urmă cu câţiva ani de american.
